Every single day, we pass people on the street, smile at them, meet someone new, hang out with friends and colleagues, or talk to family. But do we really know what each person is going through?

We all wear masks, don’t we? Whether we admit it or not, we do.

You never truly know what someone is battling with, even when you are face to face with them. Some people go through their lives trying to be strong despite all of life’s circumstances, never taking their masks off.

Well, I’m here to tell you that you can. Right here, right now.

Be yourself. Breathe it out.

You’re still here, right? You’re still fighting, and you will NOT give up.
